HOUSE BILL 497

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, insert "MAKING TECHNICAL CHANGES;".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike ", THE FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT".

     3. On page 2, line 13, before the period, insert "or a child, or an adult child”.

     4. On page 4, line 14, remove the brackets and line through "child, stepchild, grandchild" and after "grandchild", insert a comma.
