has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 19, after “1978" insert “, or an equivalent federal statute or equivalent statute from any other jurisdiction”.

    2. On page 2, line 23, strike “; or” and insert in lieu thereof, “, or an equivalent federal statute or equivalent statute from any other jurisdiction.”

    3. On page 2, lines 24 and 25, strike paragraph (3) in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE.
