    Your REGULATORY AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 542

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(16) a person licensed pursuant to the Athletic Trainer Practice Act;".

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
