SENATE BILL 3

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 6, after "be", insert "subject to legislative appropriation and".

    2. On page 10, line 17, before the period, insert ", except that this restriction shall not apply to any disclosure that is:

             (1) protected under the Whistleblower Protection Act; or

             (2) required by law".,

and further recommends that it now be referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
