SENATE BILL 7

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 12, strike "The" and in lieu thereof insert "Beginning in taxable year 2017, the".

    2. On page 2, line 13, strike "four million dollars ($4,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)".

    3. On page 2, line 14, after "year", insert ", which maximum annual aggregate shall be increased to one million dollars ($1,000,000) in taxable year 2018, two million dollars ($2,000,000) in taxable year 2019 and four million dollars ($4,000,000) in taxable year 2020 and taxable years thereafter".

    4. On page 5, line 17, strike "2015" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".
