has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, strike the comma.

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike "including salary, benefits".

    3. On page 3, lines 19 and 20, remove the brackets and the line through "debt" and strike "a financial obligation".

    4. On page 4, line 3, remove the brackets and the line through "debt".

    5. On page 4, line 4, strike "financial obligation".

    6. On page 4, line 8, remove the brackets and the line through "debt" and strike "financial obligation".

    7. On page 4, line 24, strike "financial obligation" and insert in lieu thereof "debt".

    8. On pages 5 through 10, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

    9. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
