    1. On page 1, line 18, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years" and after "2016", insert "through 2018".

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2018".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
