has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "PROVIDING A PENALTY;".

    2. On page 2, line 8, strike "Any" and insert in lieu thereof "The division may revoke the special license plate of any".

    3. On page 2, line 9, strike "is guilty of a petty misdemeanor".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
