has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "Twelve million dollars ($12,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One million dollars ($1,000,000)".

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "through 2020" and insert in lieu thereof "and 2016".

    3. On page 1, line 22, after "through", insert "a pilot project for".

    4. On page 1, line 23, strike "twenty community".

    5. On page 1, line 23, after "clinics", insert "in communities with the greatest need for behavioral health services".

    6. On page 1, line 25, strike "2020" and insert in lieu thereof "2016".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
