SENATE BILL 195

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On pages 2 and 3, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 4, line 9, after “state”, insert “; provided the spouse or dependent is an individual recognized as a spouse or dependent by the entity under which the member is serving”.

     4. On page 39, strike lines 20 through 25 and on page 40, strike lines 1 through 4.

     5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     6. On page 40, line 25, after “state”, insert “; provided the spouse or dependent is an individual recognized as a spouse or dependent by the entity under which the member is serving”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
