    2. On page 9, line 3, after "prescribe", insert "to the appropriate clerk".

    3. On page 9, line 4, strike "and procure" and strike the last occurrence of "and".

    4. On page 9, line 5, strike "municipal clerk".

    5. On page 56, line 5, before "EFFECTIVE", insert "DELAYED".

    6. On page 56, lines 5 and 6, after "provisions", insert "of Section 16".

    7. On page 56, line 6, strike "July 1, 2015" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2018".
