AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PARTIALLY RESTORE RATE CUTS TO DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY MEDICAID WAIVER PROVIDERS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to partially restore developmental disability medicaid waiver provider rate cuts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
