SENATE BILL 314

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor".

    2. On page 2, line 6, strike the second occurrence of "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    3. On page 2, line 10, after "include", insert "an assistive communication device used by a prisoner who has a hearing or communication disability or".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
