has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 49, line 22 through page 51, line 14, strike Sections 18, 19, and 20 in their entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
