    Your WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 391

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "THROUGH 2020".

     2. On page 1, line 24, after "2006", strike the line up to "a".

     3. On page 2, line 3, after "credit", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 4 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"as follows:

                (1) if the system is installed prior to January 1, 2019, up to ten percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system;

                (2) if the system is installed on or after January 1, 2019 and prior to January 1, 2021, up to nine percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system;

                (3) if the system is installed on or after January 1, 2021 and prior to January 1, 2022, up to eight percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system;

                (4) if the system is installed on or after January 1, 2022 and prior to January 1, 2023, up to seven percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system;

                (5) if the system is installed on or after January 1, 2023 and prior to January 1, 2024, up to six percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system; and

                (6) if the system is installed on or after January 1, 2024 and prior to January 1, 2025, up to five percent of the purchase and installation costs of the system.".
