SENATE BILL 418

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 8, line 3, strike "it" and insert in lieu thereof "the charter school".

    2. On page 8, line 11, after the subsection designation "D.", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 12 through 16, and on line 17, strike "charter" and insert in lieu thereof "Charter".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
