SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 480

    1. On page 3, line 22 through page 9, line 5, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    2. On page 9, between lines 5 and 6, insert:

    "SECTION 2. A new section of the Procurement Code is enacted to read:

    "[NEW MATERIAL] STANDARDIZED CLASSIFICATION CODES--APPLICABILITY.--Each state agency and local public body shall use the standardized classification codes developed by the state purchasing agent."

    SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of Section 2 of this act is July 1, 2016.".
