SENATE BILL 661

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "CERTAIN PRICING EVALUATION CRITERIA AND".

    2. On page 4, line 1, strike "PRICING EVALUATION CRITERIA--".

    3. On page 4, lines 9 through 22, strike Subsections B and C in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

         "B. The Construction Manager at Risk Act shall be implemented pursuant to rules promulgated by the secretary in consultation with the public school facilities authority and other agencies deemed appropriate by the secretary."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
