has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, strike “guidelines and”. 

    2. On page 4, line 4, after “committee” strike the

remainder of the line, strike lines 5 through 11 and insert in lieu thereof “and key stakeholders;”.

    3. On page 4, line 15, after “department” strike the

remainder of the line, strike lines 16 and 17, strike line 18

through “children” and insert in lieu thereof “and key

stakeholders”.

    4. On page 5, line 3, after “families” strike the

remainder of the line, strike lines 4 through 7 and insert in

lieu thereof a period.
