has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 1, after the second semicolon, insert "the veterans' services department; the behavioral health services division of the human services department; the department of finance and administration; the interagency behavioral health purchasing collaborative;".

    2. On page 3, line 4, strike "association" and insert in lieu thereof "associations".

    3. On page 3, line 7, after the semicolon, insert "mental health clinicians;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
