    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE RESOLUTION 2

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 9, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 10 and on line 11, strike "house." and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning with the second session of the fifty-second legislature and subject to the financial capability of the house, the streams shall be publicly available through the legislature's web site for five years following the adjournment of the relevant session.".

     2. On page 4, line 5, after "(f)", insert "beginning with the second session of the fifty-second legislature," and on line 6, strike "archived" and insert in lieu thereof "publicly available through the legislature's web site for five years following the adjournment of the relevant session".,

and thence referred to the RULES AND ORDER OF BUSINESS COMMITTEE.
