HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 29, as amended

    1. On page 2, line 1, strike "to regulate the actions of" and insert in lieu thereof "regarding".

    2. On page 2, line 2, strike "daytime hours on school days" and insert in lieu thereof "school hours on weekdays".

    3. On page 2, line 20, after "child", insert "attending,".

    4. On page 2, line 23, after "child", insert "at work,".

    5. On page 3, line 2, before "a", insert the following:

"for the purposes of a curfew during school hours on weekdays:

                  (a)".

    6. On page 3, line 5, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and the following:

                  "(b) a child attending a high school operating under an open campus rule to whom that rule applies; and

                  (c) a child who is concurrently enrolled at a high school and a post-secondary educational institution, a career enrichment center or the equivalent.".
