    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 29, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Items 1, 2, 5 and 6 of House Floor Amendment number 1.

    2. On page 1, line 25 and on page 2, lines 1 through 6, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 3, lines 2 through 5, strike Paragraph (9) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph to read:

             "(9) a child who is thirteen years old or older who is homeless and is at the child's permanent or temporary place of abode.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
