HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2__ to HOUSE BILL 285, as amended

    1. Strike House Ways and Means Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 1, between lines 21 and 22, insert:

         "A. "anthropogenic carbon dioxide" means that portion of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that is found in the atmosphere as a direct result of human activities, including the burning of hydrocarbons;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
