has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 49

DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 19, line 6, strike "seven" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".

    2. On page 19, line 20, strike "and".

    3. On page 19, line 22, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    4. On page 19, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(7) one family court judge appointed by the governor.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
