has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 3, line 9, strike "appropriated to the higher education" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature to the economic development".

    3. On page 3, lines 13 and 14, strike "higher education" and insert in lieu thereof "economic development".

    4. On page 5, line 12, strike "higher education" and insert in lieu thereof "economic development".

    5. On page 5, line 22, through page 6, line 3, strike Section 8 in its entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
