has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, before "The", insert "The department may charge the federal fee for processing a fingerprint-based criminal history record check pursuant to this section.".

    2. On page 3, line 2, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall not".

    3. On page 3, line 3, strike "reasonable" and insert in lieu thereof "state".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
