    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     HOUSE STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 58, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 6, after "repeal", insert ", and for which there is specific legal authority authorizing the proposed rule".

    2. On page 6, line 8, strike "notice" and after "public", insert "the adopted rule".

    3. On pages 12 and 13, strike Section 9 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
