HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 69, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Jason C. Harper

    1. On page 2, line 24, strike "and".

    2. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:

             "(2) internal broadband infrastructure network equipment, systems and end-user devices capable of high-speed access to the internet that include:

                  (a) wireless network systems and access points;

                  (b) local area network and wide area network equipment and systems;

                  (c) content filtering;

                  (d) caching;

                  (e) mobile hotspot devices; and

                  (f) cable or fiber optics;

             (3) infrastructure equipment support warranties;

             (4) high-speed internet access services; and".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
