    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 75, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 23, after "of", strike the rest of the line and on line 24, strike "police officers,".

    2. On page 4, after line 25, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(1) "first responder" means a person based outside of a school who functions within the emergency medical services system and who is dispatched to a school to provide initial emergency aid;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
