    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, line 5, strike "related within a third degree of consanguity or affinity to" and insert in lieu thereof "the spouse or domestic partner of or is by blood, marriage or legal adoption a parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, child, foster child, grandchild, great-grandchild, brother, sister, niece, nephew, aunt or uncle of".
