HOUSE BILL 97

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 25, strike “post-retirement” and insert in lieu thereof “post-employment”.

     2. On page 2, line 16, after "permitted", strike the remainder of the line.

     3. On page 2, line 17, strike "Code of 1986" and insert in lieu thereof "by this act".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
