HOUSE BILL 105

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

      1. On page 3, line 6, after "who", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof ", as reported on the teacher's".

     2. On page 3, line 7, strike "teacher" and insert in lieu thereof "annual performance".

     3. On page 3, line 7, strike "prior to" and insert in lieu thereof ", meets or exceeds competencies before".

     4. On page 3, line 14, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
