    1. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike “most recent federal decennial census” and insert in lieu thereof “last official United States census.

    On page 3, line 17 and 18, strike “most recent federal decennial census” and insert in lieu thereof “last official United States census”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
