HOUSE BILL 123, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 16, strike “fifty”.

    2. On page 6, line 13, strike Paragraph (1) in

its entirety and renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 6, lines 14 and 15, strike “feed ordered or manufactured“ and insert in lieu thereof “pet food prescribed”.

    4. On page 6, line 16, strike “commercial feed” and insert in lieu thereof “pet food”.
