    2. On page 2, line 6, after "percent", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    3. On page 2, strike line 7 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "one-third".

    4. On page 4, lines 22 and 23, strike "that is recommended by the technology research collaborative and".
