HOUSE BILL 133

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "OF LAW" and insert in lieu thereof "IN A HEARING".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS".

     3. On page 3, line 7, after "place", insert "; provided, however, that at the discretion of the administrative hearing officer, all or part of the hearing may be conducted by videoconference".

     4. On page 3, line 25, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     5. On page 4, line 1, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     6. On page 4, strike lines 2 through 6 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

          "E. If the administrative hearings office determines that all or part of a hearing may be conducted by videoconference, any party to the hearing, a witness, a law enforcement officer and the hearing officer may participate by videoconference.".
