    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 155

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On page 9, lines 1 and 2, strike "money transferred from the medical cannabis fund,".

    4. On page 9, line 4, after the second occurrence of "fund", strike "is appropriated to" and insert in lieu thereof ", subject to appropriation by the legislature, may be expended by".

    5. On page 11, lines 11 through 14, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
