HOUSE BILL 156

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new subsection:

"B. The provisions of this section shall not apply to plans or policies intended to supplement major medical group-type coverages, such as medicare supplement, long-term care, disability income, specified disease, accident only, hospital indemnity or other limited-benefit health insurance plans or policies.".
