     1. On page 1, line 13, before "THE", insert "FFA, FORMERLY KNOWN AS".

     2. On page 1, line 18, strike "FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA" and insert in lieu thereof "FFA".

     3. On page 1, line 22, after "for", insert "FFA, formerly known as".

     4. On page 2, line 1, strike "future farmers of America" and insert in lieu thereof "FFA".

     5. On page 2, line 3, strike "future farmers of America" and insert in lieu thereof "FFA".

     6. On page 2, line 5, strike "future farmers of America" and insert in lieu thereof "FFA".

     7. On page 2, strike line 13 in its entirety.

     8. On page 2, line 14, strike "active chapters of the future farmers of America" and insert in lieu thereof "board of regents of New Mexico state university for the New Mexico department of agriculture".

     9. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 19 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "statewide programs for active FFA chapters."".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
