    1. On page 4, line 4, strike "Any" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning thirty days after publication in the New Mexico register of the form disclosure statements issued by the attorney general pursuant to Section 5 of the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act, any".

    2. On page 4, line 9, strike "acknowledged" and insert in lieu thereof "signed".
