has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 19, after "person", insert ", regardless of the student or other person's willingness to participate,".

     2. On page 1, line 23, strike the colon.

     3. On page 1, line 24, strike "A.".

     4. On page 1, line 25, strike the semicolon.

     5. On page 2, line 1, strike "B. the act" and insert in lieu thereof "and the act:

                A.".

     6. On page 2, line 2, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     7. On page 2, line 3, strike "C. the act" and insert in lieu thereof "B.".

     8. On page 2, line 18, after "hazing", insert ", with the exception of the person who is the subject of the hazing,".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
