    Your LABOR AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 250

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

      1. On page 4, lines 5 and 6, strike "at the end of each month" and insert in lieu thereof "in a fiscal year".

     2. On page 4, line 7, before the semicolon, insert "or other factors".

     3. On page 4, line 13, strike "at the end of each month" and insert in lieu thereof "in a fiscal year".

     4. On page 4, line 15, before the semicolon, insert "or other factors".

     5. On page 8, line 7, after the period, insert "As used in this section, "video lottery game" means a game that offers the play of casino-style games, including blackjack, craps, keno, dice games, roulette or poker, on an electronic terminal, through a website or by any other means or device.",

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
