    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 257

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, after "PRACTICES;", insert "PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION FOR PROPANE TANK INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE;".

     2. On page 3, line 4, after "crane", insert "equipped with a winch, cable and hook".

     3. On page 7, line 14, strike "or" and on line 16, strike the period and closing quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

     4. On page 7, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(12) the installation and maintenance of propane tanks."".
