    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 261

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike the comma and insert in lieu there of "AND".

     2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "AND THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT".

     3. On page 1, line 18, strike "Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Eighty-three thousand dollars ($83,000)".

     4. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "Eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five hundred ninety-three thousand dollars ($593,000)".

     5. On page 2, lines 5 through 11, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
