    1. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendments 3 and 4.

    2. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, strike "Eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One million six hundred three thousand four hundred seven dollars ($1,603,407)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
