    Your HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 264

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15, after the semicolon, strike the

remainder of the line and strike line 16 in its entirety.

     2. On page 34, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety and on page 35, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

     "[NEW MATERIAL] OFFICE OF ORAL HEALTH--DIRECTOR.--The director of the office of oral health of the department of health shall be a dental health care professional licensed pursuant to the Dental Health Care Act.".,

and thence referred to the STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
