HOUSE BILL 281

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 15 through page 3, line 10, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     3. On page 4, line 21, after "registration", insert "or on a renewal-of-registration application" and on line 22, after "title", insert "or an applicant for registration renewal".
