HOUSE BILL 291

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 13, before "candidate", insert "prospective".

    2. On page 5, line 14, strike "or refuses".

    3. On page 5, line 15, after "section", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 16 through 18 and insert in lieu thereof "on the filing day for that office shall not be qualified as a candidate.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
