has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 16, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and remove the brackets and the line through "that".

    2. On page 3, line 17, after "with", insert "all applicable", strike "motorcycle safety" and after "standards", insert ", regulations and laws".
